Cyrano Users are currently experiencing issues with uploading videos. This includes videos recorded from our Apps (iOS & Android), uploaded in the Web Portal or from the Chrome Extension.
The issue is limited to just uploads.
There is no issue with logins, watching programs, sharing programs etc. Any recording you have on your phone that is in an uploading state will not be lost. Once the issue is resolved, the recordings will finish uploading and move from processing and become available.
Cyrano uses Amazon AWS for hosting. Currently AWS is experiencing problem in their North Virginia Availability zone. Once the issue is fixed, Cyrano’s uploading problems will be automatically resolved.
This is a high priority issue for Amazon and as per our latest conversation this should be fixed shortly. Although we don’t have an ETA on this yet, based on the gravity of this issue (affects the entire world) it might take a few hours.
