This article explains who and what will appear in your Directory as well as its uses.
How do I access my Directory?
In order to access your Directory click on the Organization tab on the left side of the homepage and click on “All” located under the “Directory” heading.
Who shows up in my Directory?
Everyone within your organization who has created a cyrano account will appear in the Directory.
- Upon creating a Cyrano account, a user will be asked to put in certain personal information. If a user has done so, their name, department, contact info, and location of business
- Users are searchable by keywords in any one of these fields
What functions does the Directory serve?
The contact information in the directory are used dynamically to easily add users to contact lists, quick message recipients, clips to record authors, etc.
