Quick Message Screen
Your Quick Message screen has many customizable components allowing you to create the perfect message for your purpose.
Template: Selecting the template tab will allow you to select a template for your message (for more information on templates, see our Templates article). If the selected Template has recipients or media associated with it, your Quick Message will automatically be populated with the information received from the template, however they can be overridden.
To: This is the section where you can type in the main recipient of your message.
Additional Recipients: This section allows you to select additional users, contact lists, or Cyrano channels to receive the message.
Subject: This is the subject of the message/email that the recipient will see. It is automatically set to the name of the template you selected but can be changed if desired.
Attachments: Here you can select the media you want to be sent along with the message. You will first be taken to the Add Media Screen where you can select the media you want to add to your message by tapping the icon to the right of the media. When you are finished selecting your media, tap Add/Sort in the top right corner. This will take you to the Sort Media screen where you can remove and sort the media into the order they will be viewed. Sort your media by tapping and holding the right side of the media and dragging it into the order you want.
Personalization: The Personalization tab will allow you to include a Personalized Greeting, Call to Action, and/or Email Signature.
In addition to the customizable fields, the main part of your message is the recording. To record new media to include in your message, tap the icon in the bottom right of your screen to bring up the recording screen. Here you can record media, upload media, or include a link. This will appear in you Attachments tab for you to sort.
